thats a TOUGH one! both are absolutely amazing and timeless fantasy films... but im gonna have to go with the wizard of oz. people put wizard of oz in the same category with movies like gone with the wind! not only that, wizard of oz is almost ALWAYS #1 on the greatest fantasy films of all time lists. willy wonka is a phenominal movie too though and not too far behind WOZ!
